Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Pocatello dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in ID, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Pocatello well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Pocatello technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Pocatello started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
